A fantastic day at The Outpatients Transformation South Conference, sharing the value of DERM with those curious about AI for dermatology and catching up NHS partners.
At the conference, Skin Analytics’ Key Account Manager, Tom Davies hosted a session with Nicki Walsh from University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust sharing how the Trust implemented DERM to address rising urgent suspected skin cancer referrals, finite dermatology capacity and a patient population with high incidence rates of skin cancer.
We explored what it takes to successfully deploy technology like AIaMD and the collaborative working approach required to ultimately drive better patient outcomes.
Following the value seen from the pathway, UHD shared their future plans for our partnership, looking at expanding to pre-referral models and how to maintain long-term sustainability.
